  Utilisez le "Control Panel" et choisissez "Clock, Language, and Region". Puis, choisissez "Regional and Language Options". Puis, tapez sur l'onglet "Keyboards and Languages" et "Change Languages...". Choisissez "English (United States) - United States-International". On peut rechercher sur l'internet pour comment à utilisez cette chois. C'est très facile à utiliser les accents avec cette option.
